Mail-In Registration deadline - September 16, 2008 (US$250.00) All registrations must include registration form with accompanying payments  and must be received or postmarked by this date to qualify for this rate. After September 16, 2008 on-line registration will increase to US$275.00. In-person on-site registration will also be US$275.00 during posted registration hours. Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is accepted) at infosfo2008@aol.com or mailed to Portia Munn at address found on registration form and received no later than September 16, 2008 to receive a refund less a non-refundable processing fee of US$35.00.  Refund checks will be issued four to six weeks after the Training Weekend. Cancellations after September 16, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.
